Eligibility for Returns

Non-Returnable Items

Return Request Process

To request a return or refund:

Refund Policy

Refunds are approved only after the returned product is inspected.

Refund Deduction

  • A 20% processing and handling deduction will apply to approved refunds.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • The remaining refund amount will be issued after deduction.

If approved:

  • Refunds may be issued through:

    • Bank transfer

    • Easypaisa

    • JazzCash

  • Refund processing may take 5–10 business days

Exchange Policy

If the product is defective or incorrect, we may offer:

  • Product replacement

  • Exchange for another item

  • Store credit

  • Partial or full refund

depending on product availability and issue type.

Return Shipping

  • If the mistake is from our side, return shipping charges may be covered by us.

  • If the return is requested for personal reasons, the customer may bear the shipping cost.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before shipment confirmation.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

Fraud Prevention

To prevent misuse:

  • Unboxing video proof may be required for high-value claims.

  • False claims or abusive behavior may result in refusal of future orders.
